Artists Members of Ashland Artisan Gallery and Art Center may submit toy sculptures without an installation fee.
Non-member Artists may join Ashland Artisan Gallery and Art Center for a reduced annual membership fee of
$35 (normally $50) with the submission of a toy sculpture. Visit us at 163 E. Main to submit your form and
arrange for membership.
The specifications for toy sculptures:
• The Event Coordinator for Toyland is Catie Faryl (working with the consent and guidance of the Executive
• All artists must complete the attached “Contact Information and Toy Description Form” to reserve a space.
• Toy sculptures should be small in scale, suggested not to exceed 2' x 3' however we don’t want to limit
creativity, so please note any design concerns/issues/needs on the form below.
• Sculptures do not need to be playworthy for children; they can be art objects.
• Artists are asked, when possible, to bring a table, sculpture stand, or way to display their work. Some toys
of course can be free-standing or rest on the floor. Free-standing sculptures can be larger in scale.
• Artist agrees to the auction of his/her sculpture with 0% - 10% - 20% - 30% - 40% (circle one) of the sale
going to the artist and the remainder going to benefit the Gallery & Art Center’s Educational Programs.
• Toys should be appropriate viewing for all age groups, in good taste and in the spirit of the holidays.
